Shipping policy 

processing times are 3 days from point of sale when your item will be ready and processed for the postal service provider you have chosen.


We use a variety of postal companies and they all have their own terms and conditons.
once order is placed for any of our shippable products ,such as event décor etc, you will be given a carrier option and they all have different policies to adhere too. and estimations of delivery times can be found via the carriers information.
every carrier has their own times and contacting them for further assistance is advisable.

shipping damage policy

all damage occurred through the shipping phase is handled by the carrier that is handling the shipping and must be done via their services. please read our terms and conditions on this topic for further clarification.



Same Day Delivery Policy

If you choose the sane day delivery the delivery window starts at 1 pm and ends at 5:30 pm

Ordering cut off times for same day delivery are stated on product delivery information and are as follows

all same day delivery need to be ordered before 10am Monday to Friday and before 8am Saturday. all orders placed outside of the Monday to Friday time, will go out the following day. all orders placed outside the Saturday timeframe will not go out till the Monday business day. Please consider this before submitting your orders.

your delivery will arrive any time within this window and we cannot give you the exact time as delivery changes due to multiple circumstances such as traffic and weather .

If your delivery has significant delays ,you will be notified of changes via the chosen form you submitted such as phone SMS or email

Leaving your order in a certain place policy/unattended

If you have chosen to leave your order in a certain place either at your residence or the recipients residence, you are liable for any damage due to weather or stolen items.

we are not responsible if you choose this options and all risks need to be considered before choosing this option.
