REFUND POLICY 

refunds for damaged items during delivery will need to be sorted through postal services as the delivery process is out of our control and need to be lodged via the postal services you choose.

refunds on quality will only proceed when photos of item is sent within few hours of receiving the item and explanation of quality issue .

refunds will not be given on alternative flower choices as sated in website product information, flower variety changes and we reserve the right to change and ad varieties if original choice is unavailable.
