When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. all images are subject to variations for seasons and sometimes alternatives will be chosen if original flower choices are not available.

all wedding consultation bookings must give 24 hours notice of cancellation

Refund Policy

​

refunds for damaged items during delivery will need to be sorted through postal services as the delivery process is out of our control and need to be lodged via the postal services you choose.

​

refunds on quality will only proceed when photos of item is sent within few hours of receiving the item and explanation of quality issue .

refunds will not be given on alternative flower choices as sated in website product information, flower variety changes and we reserve the right to change and ad varieties if original choice is unavailable.

Same Day Delivery Policy

If you choose the sane day delivery the delivery window starts at 1 pm and ends at 5:30 pm

Ordering cut off times for same day delivery are stated on product delivery information and are as follows

all same day delivery need to be ordered before 10am Monday to Friday and before 8am Saturday. all orders placed outside of the Monday to Friday time, will go out the following day. all orders placed outside the Saturday timeframe will not go out till the Monday business day. Please consider this before submitting your orders.

your delivery will arrive any time within this window and we cannot give you the exact time as delivery changes due to multiple circumstances such as traffic and weather .

If your delivery has significant delays ,you will be notified of changes via the chosen form you submitted such as phone SMS or email

Leaving your order in a certain place policy/unattended

If you have chosen to leave your order in a certain place either at your residence or the recipients residence, you are liable for any damage due to weather or stolen items.

we are not responsible if you choose this options and all risks need to be considered before choosing this option.
