Same day flower delivery starts from 12.30 pm till 4:30 pm Monday to Friday and 12:30 till 2pm Saturday Custom times will need to be arranged with florist via the contact us form on website. Please Note, geographic factors can affect delivery time sand these include road hazard, traffic, parking permit and hospital visiting times. Please take into consideration when ordering. We endeavour to contact you if a delay occurs .

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please use the contact us form to discuss your concern. Please note that put as much information as possible including photos and description.

Flat rate cost for northern local suburbs is $10 South and further will be additional cost .

We will try to contact you if you are not home or if your recipient of the order is not home. We will leave the flowers in a safe place, depending weather . If the weather is extreme or there is no adequate place to leave, we will rearrange an alternate delivery time. Please note it is important to make the delivery of your flowers priority and keep in mind we have a busy schedule and have other customers orders to deliver, we appreciate you being mindful of the delivery time and being available or making sure the recipient is available for safe delivery. We are mindful it can be tricky to keep the surprise for your flower delivery recipient ,however creativity when planning to ensure the recipient will be home etc, does help.
